( Vendors come dressed in your favorite Halloween costume, no offensive attire allowed. )



Venue: Cahaba Brewing

Time: 1pm-5pm

Vendor Set up Time: 12pm


Both events will take place outdoors.


We have covered & uncovered spaces available.


Vendor Fee: $75.00


Events will take place rain or shine.


Non food vendors per the City of Birmingham, do not have to purchase a vendors license, you will be allowed to exhibit and sell under the event organizer license.


Food Truck Vendors are required to have the permits to operate.


** Each vendor is required to track and pay their sales tax per the City of Birmingham ** 


Birmingham City Sales Tax 4%

State of Alabama Sales Tax 4%

Jefferson County Sales Tax 1%


Example: You make $100 in sales you owe the following:

$4.00 to Birmingham City

$4.00 to State of Alabama

$1.00 to Jefferson County

We are looking for a variety of vendors, all submissions may not be approved. We will limit the amount of vendors with duplicate products. 


Returning vendors will be given priority, but this is not a guarantee, due to we may have a vendor booked with similar services.

Carol's Trunk Show is not responsible for the tracking of and/or payment of sales tax for each vendor.  Vendors are responsible for tracking their own sales, and forwarding the sales tax due. 





FOOD VENDORS:  Food vendors need the following: Current Food Handler's Permit, City/or County License, Health Department Permit, Fire Department Clearance, or a temporary permit that allows vending food privileges for 24 hours and Insurance.  Check with your local City ordinances for the requirements. Failure to obtain permits, and display on the truck will result in fines, and the Food Truck Business will be responsible.   



Non-Food trucks who rent a space and sell pre-packaged goods, will need a food handler's permit, check with the City/County for permit requirements. 







OUTDOOR EVENTS:


Outdoor vendor events:  During the pandemic, social distancing will be required.   



Outdoor vendor events:  ( Does not include tents, tables, chairs, or decorations ) - vendors bring their own.



No electricity provided for outdoor events.



*** IF YOU USE A POP UP TENT - TENT WEIGHTS OR SAND BAGS ARE REQUIRED TO SECURE TENT TO THE GROUND ***


DAMAGES TO LAWN/GRASS/LANDSCAPING OR NOT PROPERLY SECURING TENT AS NOTED WILL BE VENDORS RESPONSIBILITY. 


  

( MUST USE SANDBAGS OR WEIGHTS, NO DIGGING IN THE GRASS ) 




Event vendor fees may change, always check before applying.

Indoor event spaces may include the following.


1. Table and chairs ( depends on facility )

2. Electricity 

3. Free Wifi








PAYMENT INFORMATION

We will not accept payments the day of the event. 


Spaces must be paid in advance to secure your spot.

We can not hold vendor spaces.


** During the week of the event, no checks will be accepted due to the processing time, you may choose to pay via Paypal, Cashapp or Square *******



We accept the following ways to pay:


1. Checks or money orders - Bounced check $35 for non-sufficient funds.



2. Paypal - Add $1.75 to your payment for processing fee.

NO REFUND POLICY REVISED


No refund on vendor spaces, by completing the paperwork, you agree that if you are unable to attend, the fees will NOT be refunded.



Refunds are only issued if the show is canceled 


*** In the event of a natural disaster or emergency the show may be postponed for a later date, if this happens, no refunds will be issued, If you are unable to attend the new date, you may contact the event manager and discuss a replacement, or you will lose your space. ***



No show - No refunds if you signed up, and do not show for the event. 



Vendors please continue to send your information to join our vendor contact list. If a vendor cancel, this will give you a chance to be selected.
