Crowd/Event Photo Release Notice
When you attend our Vendor shows as a participant or an attendee, all videos and pictures taken during the show are for marketing and promotional purposes. During large events, it is hard to exclude people from the crowd, so therefore by continuing to shop/visit the show, you hereby release Carol's Trunk Show from all liability caused by taking photos.
Effective immediately as of 10-30-2021, vendors who leave the event without notifying the event manager, will not be listed as a participating vendor on the website or social media.
Vendors if you attend our events, we ask that you stay for the duration of the show as stated in the vendor rules. We understand emergencies may arise, if you need to leave early, as a courtesy let the event manager know. Failure to notify the event manager may prevent you from returning back to our events.

Sip & Shop Craft Shows, vendors and guest may not hold Carol’s Trunk Show liable for any alcohol beverages, food or any illegal substances consumed during your travel to or from the event, and during the event. You and your guest will be responsible for any actions you incur under the influence of said substances.
Carol's Trunk Show will not be held liable for any actions resulting in illness, injury or death caused by consumption of alcoholic beverages, food, or illegal substances consumed during traveling to and from our craft shows, and awhile in attendance at the event.
